Two guys in San Diego with over 45 combined years of restaurant experience saw a need to find a better way to increase sanitation and cleanliness in their own restaurants. Aware of the common unsanitary practice of placing cutting boards, sheet pans, and bowls on top of trash receptacles in space confined commercial kitchens they sought to develop a way to eliminate this problem. Not only is this universal practice unsanitary, but it is also costly since prepped foods get knocked off onto the floor or fall in the trash resulting in lost food stuffs and labor costs.
Their invention, the Instaprep Table not only solves this issue it also creates additional valuable workspace anywhere.
