Galasource has just entered into our fifth year and has been extremely successful at managing to do two things. Provide our customers with the ultimate online shopping experience for food service products, and mirror our motto: Service. Period!
We have developed this distribution company for you, so that you can concentrate on your business and develop full faith that when you deal with us, your best interests are at the top of our list. I can assure you with each and every passing day, we will strive to improve our product line, service, and do all we can to become as important to you, as you are to us.
We have developed hundreds of extremely important relationships in the Vendor, Freight and Logistics, Banking, Technology, Media and the Customer communities over the last decade. It is our goal to take what we know, and make our experience pay for you.
As with any business, our success relies solely on how you, our customer perceives us, and how much value we add. We rely a great deal on what you think, what you need and an open line of communication between all parties. I welcome your comments anytime, and if you feel we are not doing what needs to be done to attain your business, I want to know why. I assure you, we will get working on it right away.
