Cadco Countertop Ranges

Countertop ranges are perfect for the smaller operator or an operator who may be limited on space. These pieces also work well on a full kitchen line where a refrigerated equipment stand could be utilized to hold the countertop range offering the convenience of having your cold food product "at your fingertips". These pieces of equipment are sometimes referred to as "hot plates" and come in various sizes from 2 burner all the way up to 8 burners. Hot plates come in your choice of electric, gas or propane and the specifications vary by manufacturer. They vary in width from 12" for a 2 burner unit all the way up to 48" for an 8 burner unit. Please remember that all gas and propane models require space under the hood as do some of the electric models. Please consult with your local health department to verify hood requirements in your area for this equipment.
