Ice Cream Equipment

Make up to 4 quarts of homemade ice cream, frozen yogurt, custard, sherbet, or gelato with this fully automatic machine - no labor-intensive stirring required. To use, simply pour ingredients into the canister, insert the dasher into the center of the canister, attach the easy-lock lid, and place the motor over the canister, locking it onto the bucket. Add layers of ice and salt to the bucket, completely covering the canister. In about 20 to 40 minutes a fresh batch of homemade ice cream can be enjoyed by friends and family--great for birthday parties, backyard barbeques, and other fun gatherings. When finished, wipe the motor with a damp cloth and wash the storage plug, cover, dasher, canister, and bucket in hot, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Twenty great-tasting recipes are included for everything from old-fashioned vanilla, chocolate, and mint-chocolate-chip ice cream to strawberry sorbet and frozen blueberry yogurt.
