I am so pleased with the design of this thermometer. It is what I have been looking for for a long time. The design of the ones that I receieved are different than the picture on this website, but much better design. (pictured below is the one I receive) You can move the thermometer inside of the metal frame depending on the amount of candy being cooked. The red liguid (not mercury) is soooo easy to read and the degrees are in single increments. I am anxious to sell them...I think customers will be extremely pleased.
