As a child I remember helping my Grandfather Silvio make ravioli, a Christmas tradition for over 90 years...
One big issue has always been how to dry them...in the past we laid them on a bed sheet and turned them several times.
I started looking for cooling racks in retail stores but most were too small. I found these 10" x 18" racks at galasource and purchased 18...
They work GREAT...no more turning...Plus they can be used with baked items as well...we are finding new uses on a regular basis...
I am pleased with how well they work for my purpose...
I would buy from Galasource again...
