The E27 is able to provide an exceptional result with a wide range of fresh, par-baked and pre-proved frozen doughs including French sticks, baguettes and dinner rolls. The oven is also ideal for baking Croissants, Danish pastries, flat breads, frozen pizzas, chicken, cookies and other cake and confectionery products.Optional extras available for the E27 include a double stacking kit and A28 stand.
