The CH Series gas glo stone char broilers are designed for high volume broiling and are constructed of extra heavy duty 1/2" and 1/4" hand welded steel plates. 18,000 BTU burners are located every 5" for maximum production while heavy duty stainless or optional cast iron deflectors ensure even surface temperatures.
