Sanitary, 3/4" and 5/8" thick replacement poly tops and poly cutting boards are dishwasher safe and high-temperature safe to 180 degrees F and may be steam cleaned without concern about cracking or warping. Poly will not chip, peel nor dull knives. All poly top cutting boards and table tops are NSF listed and USDA approved for contact for any type of food.
