Emery Thompson Water Cooled Batch Freezer- 2HSC-W
For the production of: Hard Ice Cream, Gelato, Sherbet, Water Ices and Sorbet
Built from the same components as our 20 quart, the model 2HSC is used primarily in gelaterias, restaurants and wherever smaller quantities of ice cream and water ices are required. The ten quart freezer is best suited for filling small gelato pans, pints, quarts, and half-gallon containers. For nearly a century this model has proven itself to be extremely rugged, reliable, simple to operate and easy to maintain.
Description: 10 qt./9 L. Horizontal Batch Freezer for the production of Hard Ice Cream, Gelato, Sorbet, Frozen Yogurt, Sherbet and Italian Ice. Built "Emery Thompson Tough" and manufactured in New York City, New York. All stainless steel construction designed to last a lilfetime of hard use. Emery Thompson freezers are listed by UL (US/Canada) and Classified for sanitation by UL to NSF Standard 6. Freezers are also AAA Dairy Approved.
Capacity: 15 gallons of Premium Ice Cream per hour @ 70-100% overrun and 7.5 gallons of water ices and frozen lemonade per hour.
