Description: 40 qt./38 liter finished capacity Batch freezer. All stianless steel construction designed to last a lifetime of hard use. Emery Thompson freezers are listed by UL (US/Canada) and Classified for sanitation by UL to NSF standard 6. Freezers are also AAA Dairy Approved.
Capacity: 50 - 60 gallons of Premium Ice Cream per hour @ 70-100% overrun and 30 gallons of water ices and frozen lemonade per hour.
