The Commercial SeriesS Double Burner Stove Top has one 1400W and one 1000W burner, and they both reach over 700 degrees farenheit in seconds and cook with precise temperature control.
• This SeriesS Stove top cooks incredibly like gas, but is much safer. Ther foodservice operator has NO open flames or fumes to worry about.
• It has two Hot Surface caution lights, one for each burner, and caution words (HOT) written in four languages around the burner area itself.
• This unit is a real space and energy saver. It''s surface area is only 22 9/16" x 13 7/8" and its only 3 1/2" from surface to bottom of housing. The control is remote mounted and features a power on light and two separate infinitely variable heat control dials. At 120 Volts, it''s highly energy efficient because the SeriesS stove top cooks with residual heat from the ceramic glass most of the time, saving money in energy costs compared to other electric burner technologies.

Any stove tops found to be defective in material or workmanship may be sent back to the company at customer''s expense for repair or replacement.
