- Our extra thick, extruded edge molding of ABS plastic is designed to protect the edges of tables when they are rolled, dragged and dropped. Heavy-duty wishbone style legs have enough clearance to allow floor cleaning after tables have been set up.

- TOPS
Tops shall be constructed of an aircraft grade, honeycomb structural core of polypropylene plastic. Cells within the core shall not exceed ¼ spacing to ensure uniform support to the top surface. The table top shall be internally supported near the perimeter by a 1 13/16 high, 18 gauge, formed steel channel frame The exterior surfaces of the table shall be constructed of thermoformed, ABS plastic material, permanently bonded to the honeycomb core with epoxy adhesive. Edges of the table top are protected against impact with a profile extrusion of high-impact, PVC plastic molding that interlocks with and is permanently bonded to the ABS exterior of the table with epoxy adhesive. The molding shall incorporate a 5/32 thick bumper edge, backed by a tubular shaped, impact-absorbing reinforcement. There shall be no less than five layers of plastic to protect the edges of the table top. Corners of rectangular models are protected with rib reinforced, injection molded, PVC plastic sections that interlock with the edge molding.
- LEG ASSEMBLIES
Leg assemblies shall be wishbone style, constructed with one piece load bearing vertical members of 1" diameter, 16 gauge steel tubing. Legs shall be capped with high impact plastic glides, secured with internal spring steel grippers. Tables less than 48" in length or diameter shall be furnished with independent folding legs of 1.05" diameter, 14 gauge steel tubing. Comfort Leg assemblies shall be constructed of 1¼" diameter steel tubing and shall provide a minimum of 9 of free knee space on 18 wide tables.
- LEG BRACE MECHANISMS
Folding leg braces shall be constructed of 7/8" wide, 1/8" thick edge radiused steel. Coil-spring actuated, case hardened steel poppits shall engage mating holes in the brace to secure the brace automatically when it is opened. Leg braces shall be attached to leg assemblies and pivot bracket by the use of steel shoulder rivets.
- LEG AND BRACE ATTACHMENT
Legs and leg braces shall be anchored securely to the table top with a minimum of 32 fasteners. Self-drilling fasteners are to be held in place by 18 gauge steel anchor plates that are epoxy bonded to the polypropylene core and ABS bottom sheet of the table top.
- METAL FINISH
All leg assemblies shall be thoroughly cleaned and phosphatized to enhance paint adhesion. Metal parts shall be then finished with a thermofused epoxy powdercoating.
- WARRANTY
NNLW Series Folding Tables shall be covered by a 15-year warranty.
