Our Stainless Steel Brew Pots are a "must" for every micro /home brewer, Two threaded access holes are provided: one houses a ball valve and the other can house an optional thermometer (0°-250° in 2° increments). If the thermometer is not needed the hole comes neatly plugged. Brew pots include a cover and brass ball valve.
