Smaller countertop steamers are versatile, easy to clean, and dependable and have a removable steamer basket. You can effortlessly steam batches of seafood, vegetables, and much more, quickly and efficiently. Plus, the compact size and easy operation makes a countertop steamer a great addition to any restaurant or caterer's kitchen, and a healthy way to extend menus for concessionaires, mobile food vendors, and other off-site party applications. Some larger cabinet style versions of the countertop steamer are much more diverse in their application, cooking speed and capacity. These cabinet style versions are very energy efficient and can hold up to five full size steam table pans. These units are typically in a fixed application and hooked directly into a water line making this cabinet style countertop steamer ideal for a regular kitchen but could not be used for mobile applications.
