The Chinese Wok Range is a "must have" in most oriental cooking establishments and is available in a host of configurations to meet varying oriental cooking requirements. The burner options offered are designed for specific purposes such as soup, fast cook-to-order dishes, simmering rice and noodles, stir frying large volumes of food or for boiling water or frying with oil. The wok hole size may be matched with the burners required for the specific style of Chinese cooking. The water cooled tops and built-in drain systems help control stove temperatures. the optional knee control "L" shaped handle lets you control the gas while leaving hands free for cooking.
