Free Standing Pasta Cookers

A self contained work center for pasta preparation. separate rinsing/hold tank equipped with drain and overflow. Two section construction (cooking/warming and rinse/hold). Stainless steel cabinet with stainless steel (type 316) cooking and rinsing tank. Quick opening 1-1/4" drains valves and a 1" OD drain overflow. The controls consist of a boil/simmer switch, timer start, independent minute and seconds controls ( up to 16 minutes). Cooker Only: a stand alone cooker (holds 12 gallons of water) with digital thermostat and time delay, solid state digital cooking controls, programmable simmer temperature, two year warranty on controller, 6' cord and plug, 1-1/4" drain, 1" self-skimming overflow drain, and basket rack (wire rack that sits over the tubes). Entire cabinet is constructed of stainless steel.
