Southbend Charbroilers
Radiant gas charbroiler is designed for medium-duty to heavy-duty foodservice applications. This charbroiler delivers maximum performance and provides years of maintenance-free operation. Most are designed with high-performance, 40,000 BTU, H-style cast iron burners, every 12 of width. Cast iron burners provide excellent broiling performance, better heat distribution and maximum sectional control. Most features are stainless steel, 4-1/2 high, tapered splash guard that provides maximum protection against grease and helps corral products on the cooking surface. Heavy cast iron broiling grates can be individually placed in flat or angled positions for a variety of broiling requirements. Cooking surface is 480 square inches. Overall dimensions are 24 x 25 3/4 x 15 1/2. They come with a one year warranty on parts and labor.
